The HOME INSPECTION is a through, in depth VISUAL examination or the
structure and components of the home preformed by a trained
professional. With a trained inspector your HOME INSPECTION will last 2
to 3 hours. You are invited and encouraged to follow along during the
INSPECTION and questions are welcomed.
Being trained and certified by the largest school for HOME INSPECTORS
and with the knowledge of many years doing home maintenance assures that
YOU will get the best service. I have only one agenda, give YOU the
best picture I can of the condition of the house being inspected, and I
have no commissions at stake.
I have one goal, that is CONSUMER PROTECTIOn. It is my obligation and
duty to provide YOU with as much information as possible about the
home, so a responsible decision about the home purchase can be made.
